1. Website Use
This website is provided by CHIMI ART for Chemical Industries for informational purposes about our chemical products and services. Product specifications, technical data, and application guidelines are provided in good faith but should be verified for your specific conditions.
2. Product Information
While we strive for accuracy, product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available on this site are for reference. Always request the latest version from our technical team before use in critical applications.
3. Quotations & Orders
Online quote requests and sample requests are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding contract. All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, available upon request. Pricing is provided on a per-inquiry basis and may vary by volume, destination, and specifications.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and technical documentation — is the property of CHIMI ART for Chemical Industries. CHIMI ART® is a registered trademark. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
CHIMI ART shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of information on this website. Chemical products must be used in accordance with their Safety Data Sheets and applicable regulations. Users are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their intended applications.
6. Cantidades mínimas de pedido
Los pedidos están sujetos a cantidades mínimas (MOQ) que varían según el producto y el formato de envasado. Productos líquidos en bidones: mínimo 1 palé (4 bidones / 800 L). Contenedores IBC: mínimo 1 IBC (1.000 L). Entregas a granel en cisterna: mínimo 20 toneladas. Productos en polvo: mínimo 1 palé (40 sacos × 25 kg = 1.000 kg). CHIMI ART puede eximir del MOQ en primeros pedidos de prueba a su discreción. Los MOQ vigentes se indican en cada presupuesto.
7. Condiciones de pago
Las condiciones de pago se determinan según el estado del cliente y su historial de pedidos. Clientes nuevos: pago anticipado o carta de crédito irrevocable (L/C) a la vista antes del envío. Cuentas consolidadas (mínimo 6 meses de historial con buen comportamiento de pago): 30 días netos desde la fecha de factura. Cuentas clave (volumen anual > 500 toneladas): 45–60 días netos, sujeto a aprobación de crédito. Todas las facturas se emiten en USD o EUR salvo acuerdo escrito en contrario. Los pagos atrasados devengan intereses del 1,5% mensual sobre el saldo pendiente.
8. Condiciones de envío y entrega
Todos los envíos se rigen por los Incoterms 2020. Las condiciones de entrega estándar incluyen: EXW (Ex Works) — el comprador asume todos los riesgos y costes desde nuestro almacén en 10th of Ramadan City o 6th of October City, Egipto. FOB (Free on Board) — el riesgo se transfiere al comprador cuando la mercancía pasa la borda del buque en el puerto egipcio de carga (Alejandría o Damietta). CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) — CHIMI ART organiza y paga el flete y el seguro hasta el puerto de destino designado. Los plazos de entrega son estimaciones y no constituyen fechas garantizadas. CHIMI ART no será responsable de retrasos por fuerza mayor, congestión portuaria o incidencias del transportista.
9. Fuerza mayor
Ninguna de las partes será responsable del incumplimiento de obligaciones por circunstancias fuera de su control razonable, incluyendo, entre otras: escasez o picos de precio de materias primas que afecten a precursores químicos (ácido sulfúrico, bauxita, mineral de hierro); restricciones gubernamentales a la exportación, sanciones o embargos comerciales; interrupciones del Canal de Suez o de las principales rutas marítimas; desastres naturales, epidemias o pandemias; cortes de energía o fallos de suministros en las plantas; conflictos laborales, huelgas o disturbios civiles; y cambios regulatorios que exijan reformulación o recertificación de productos. La parte afectada debe notificarlo a la otra en un plazo de 7 días y emplear esfuerzos comercialmente razonables para reanudar el cumplimiento. Si la fuerza mayor se prolonga más de 90 días, cualquiera de las partes podrá cancelar el pedido afectado sin penalización.
10. Garantía del producto y limitaciones
CHIMI ART warrants that products conform to the specifications stated in the applicable Technical Data Sheet (TDS) at the time of shipment. This warranty is void if: products are stored outside conditions specified in the TDS or SDS; products are used beyond their stated shelf life; products are mixed with incompatible chemicals without CHIMI ART's written approval; or products are used for applications not recommended in the TDS. CHIMI ART's liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming product or credit of the purchase price, at CHIMI ART's sole discretion. In no event shall CHIMI ART be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, plant downtime, or environmental cleanup costs. Users are solely responsible for determining the suitability of products for their specific applications through appropriate testing.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
