1. Website Use
This website is provided by CHIMI ART for Chemical Industries for informational purposes about our chemical products and services. Product specifications, technical data, and application guidelines are provided in good faith but should be verified for your specific conditions.
2. Product Information
While we strive for accuracy, product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available on this site are for reference. Always request the latest version from our technical team before use in critical applications.
3. Quotations & Orders
Online quote requests and sample requests are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding contract. All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale, available upon request. Pricing is provided on a per-inquiry basis and may vary by volume, destination, and specifications.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and technical documentation — is the property of CHIMI ART for Chemical Industries. CHIMI ART® is a registered trademark. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
CHIMI ART shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of information on this website. Chemical products must be used in accordance with their Safety Data Sheets and applicable regulations. Users are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their intended applications.
6. Minimum Sipariş Miktarları
Siparişler, ürüne ve ambalaj biçimine göre değişen minimum sipariş miktarlarına (MOQ) tabidir. Varilde sıvı ürünler: minimum 1 palet (4 varil / 800 L). IBC konteynerler: minimum 1 IBC (1.000 L). Dökme tanker teslimatları: minimum 20 ton. Toz ürünler: minimum 1 palet (40 torba × 25 kg = 1.000 kg). İlk deneme siparişlerinde MOQ, CHIMI ART'ın takdirine bağlı olarak uygulanmayabilir. Güncel MOQ bilgileri her fiyat teklifiyle birlikte iletilir.
7. Ödeme Koşulları
Ödeme koşulları müşteri statüsüne ve sipariş geçmişine göre belirlenir. Yeni müşteriler: sevkiyat öncesi peşin ödeme veya görüldüğünde ödemeli gayrikabili rücu akreditif (L/C) gereklidir. Yerleşik hesaplar (en az 6 aylık geçmiş ve düzenli ödeme sicili): fatura tarihinden itibaren net 30 gün. Kilit müşteriler (yıllık hacim > 500 ton): kredi onayına tabi olmak üzere net 45-60 gün. Aksi yazılı olarak kararlaştırılmadıkça tüm faturalar USD veya EUR cinsinden düzenlenir. Geciken ödemelere, kalan bakiye üzerinden aylık %1,5 faiz uygulanır.
8. Sevkiyat ve Teslimat Koşulları
Tüm sevkiyatlar Incoterms 2020'ye tabidir. Standart teslim şekilleri: EXW (Fabrika Teslim) — tüm risk ve masraflar, Mısır'daki 10 Ramazan Şehri veya 6 Ekim Şehri depomuzdan itibaren alıcıya aittir. FOB (Gemide Teslim) — risk, malların Mısır yükleme limanında (İskenderiye veya Dimyat) gemiye yüklenmesiyle alıcıya geçer. CIF (Mal Bedeli, Sigorta ve Navlun) — CHIMI ART, belirtilen varış limanına kadar navlun ve sigortayı organize eder ve bedelini öder. Teslimat süreleri yalnızca tahmini olup garanti edilen teslim tarihi niteliği taşımaz. CHIMI ART; mücbir sebep, liman yoğunluğu veya taşıyıcı kaynaklı gecikmelerden sorumlu tutulamaz.
9. Mücbir Sebep
Taraflardan hiçbiri, makul kontrolleri dışındaki koşullardan kaynaklanan ifa edememe nedeniyle sorumlu tutulamaz; bunlara şunlar dahildir ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir: kimyasal öncül maddeleri (sülfürik asit, boksit, demir cevheri) etkileyen hammadde kıtlığı veya ani fiyat artışları; devletlerce uygulanan ihracat kısıtlamaları, yaptırımlar veya ticaret ambargoları; Süveyş Kanalı veya ana deniz yollarındaki aksamalar; doğal afetler, salgın hastalıklar veya pandemiler; üretim tesislerinde elektrik kesintileri veya altyapı arızaları; iş uyuşmazlıkları, grevler veya toplumsal olaylar; ve ürünlerin yeniden formüle edilmesini ya da yeniden sertifikalandırılmasını gerektiren mevzuat değişiklikleri. Etkilenen taraf, diğer tarafı 7 gün içinde bilgilendirmek ve ifayı sürdürmek için ticari açıdan makul çabayı göstermekle yükümlüdür. Mücbir sebebin 90 günden uzun sürmesi hâlinde taraflardan her biri, etkilenen siparişi herhangi bir cezai yükümlülük olmaksızın feshedebilir.
10. Ürün Garantisi ve Sınırlamalar
CHIMI ART warrants that products conform to the specifications stated in the applicable Technical Data Sheet (TDS) at the time of shipment. This warranty is void if: products are stored outside conditions specified in the TDS or SDS; products are used beyond their stated shelf life; products are mixed with incompatible chemicals without CHIMI ART's written approval; or products are used for applications not recommended in the TDS. CHIMI ART's liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming product or credit of the purchase price, at CHIMI ART's sole discretion. In no event shall CHIMI ART be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, plant downtime, or environmental cleanup costs. Users are solely responsible for determining the suitability of products for their specific applications through appropriate testing.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
